AI-Enabled Work & Workforce Transformation
Turning AI ambition into clear, practical, human-centred organisational decisions.
EdgeSculpt helps leaders make people, workforce, work-design and operating-model decisions around AI-enabled change. It does not provide technical AI implementation, software selection, HRIS deployment, tool training, data-science delivery, legal advice or cybersecurity advice.
At a glance
What it is
Focused strategic diagnosis and decision support on how work, roles, teams and capability should evolve as AI adoption accelerates.
Who it is for
For leaders in mid-market and enterprise organisations, including scaling Global Capability Centres (GCCs). That includes CEOs, founders, CHROs, senior People leaders, and business-unit and transformation leaders facing meaningful AI-enabled change.
What it helps clarify
Which work actually changes, which roles and decision rights shift, what capability the organisation needs to build, and how leadership sustains adoption through the transition.
What it is not
It does not provide technical AI implementation, software selection, HRIS deployment, tool training, data-science delivery, legal advice or cybersecurity advice.
Next step
Start with a conversation about the AI-enabled change in front of your organisation.
The moment this addresses
AI ambition often moves faster than organisational readiness.
Leaders are under pressure to show progress on AI adoption, but the harder questions about work, roles, capability and ownership are frequently left unanswered.
Without addressing these, AI initiatives can remain confined to the technology layer rather than translating into sustained organisational change.
What this is, and what it is not

- Decision support
- A practical roadmap for how work, roles, teams and capability should evolve as AI adoption accelerates
This is not
- Technical AI implementation
- Software or vendor selection
- HRIS implementation or deployment
- AI tool training or generic AI training
- Data-science delivery or data engineering
- Legal advice
- Cybersecurity advice
- Managed services or HR outsourcing
EdgeSculpt does not own technical AI delivery. It ensures the organisational and workforce decisions around that delivery are clear, deliberate and human-centred.

How an engagement is structured
This is typically a focused diagnostic engagement, comparable in shape to the 90-Day People Function Reset: indicatively 6–12 weeks, scoped to the organisation and the stage of its AI adoption journey. Ongoing strategic input can sit within a Strategic People / Fractional CHRO Advisory arrangement.
Executive coaching, or a leadership-team workshop or group-coaching engagement, may be separately scoped where a leader’s own transition or shared leadership capability materially affects how AI adoption is led. Neither is a default part of this offer.
Led by
Led by Janani Prakaash, who brings 20+ years of senior People & Culture and transformation leadership experience. That includes nearly a decade in Deloitte Consulting and five years of Global CHRO / Global Head of People & Culture experience across Quantela and Genzeon, including the people and adoption side of enabling AI in HR, and guiding organisations through workforce and operating-model change.
AI Generalist Fellowship, Outskill, completed 29 August 2026.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does EdgeSculpt implement AI technology or select software?
No. EdgeSculpt does not provide technical AI implementation, software or vendor selection, HRIS deployment, tool training, data-science delivery, legal advice or cybersecurity advice, and it does not provide managed services or HR outsourcing. EdgeSculpt does not own technical AI delivery. It ensures the organisational and workforce decisions around that delivery are clear, deliberate and human-centred.
What does the work assess?
Five areas: work and workflows; roles and decision rights; teams and operating model; workforce capability; and leadership and adoption. Together they cover which work changes, how roles and decision rights shift, what capability the organisation needs to build, and how leadership sustains adoption through the transition.
How is this different from the 90-Day People Function Reset?
The Reset is a diagnostic of the people function, and it looks at HR technology and AI readiness only where relevant. This offer addresses the broader work, workforce and operating-model implications of AI. The two are comparable in shape: each is a focused diagnostic.
Is this AI training for our people?
No. It is not AI tool training or generic AI training. It is focused strategic diagnosis and decision support on how work, roles, teams and capability should evolve. Workforce capability is one of the five areas assessed, including AI literacy and reskilling priorities, so the work informs the choices about capability and does not deliver training itself.
