About Janani
Janani Prakaash is the founder of EdgeSculpt.
She works with CEOs, founders and senior leadership teams navigating growth, organisational change and AI-driven shifts in how work gets done.
With over 20 years of experience across strategy consulting, HR leadership and executive coaching – including two Global CHRO roles, at Quantela and Genzeon – she helps organisations connect strategic ambition with practical decisions on structure, talent and capability.
She founded EdgeSculpt to bring an integrated advisory and coaching perspective to the challenges facing businesses and the leaders who run them.

Worked with the top three layers of leadership to strengthen a high-performance culture and retention through structured programmes, and led multiple integrations across geographies.

Led the global people function as CHRO, shaping people strategy through business growth and organisational change, including multiple post-merger integrations.
